Jake came out and viewed the job, explained what they would do and answered questions. He followed up promptly with a detailed quote for the full scope of required work from beginning to end. Initially we were going to have to wait but fortunately they had a slot and managed to fit us in.
The team worked well and did an excellent job. They were pleasant on site and did everything they said they were going to do. All surplus materials were removed via skip bin.
Some spares I could use were given to me.
