Re-roofing in Perth
We take old tile and tin roofs off Perth homes and put new Colorbond steel on. That includes the battens and timber underneath where they need fixing, new flashings, and gutters and downpipes if yours are tired. It's for homeowners whose roof leaks, cracks, or has simply done its time.

Questions we get asked
Can't I just patch it instead?
Sometimes, if it's a few cracked tiles. If the tiles are soaking up water, the bedding's breaking down, or it leaks in more than one spot, a patch only buys you a season. We'll tell you straight which one you've got when we look at it.
How long does a re-roof take? Do we have to move out?
You can stay home the whole time. Most houses take 7 to 10 days. You'll know your start date and how long it'll take before we begin.
What happens if it rains halfway through?
We work around the weather and close the roof up before we leave each day, so your home stays dry the whole way through.
We've got solar panels. What happens to them?
We organise a certified solar company to take the panels off and put them back on, so you don't have to chase anyone.
Our roof has asbestos. Can you still do it?
Yes. We don't remove asbestos ourselves, but we organise a licensed asbestos removalist who takes it off, then certifies and signs off the removal. Once it's gone, we put the new roof on.
Do we need a building permit?
Some re-roofs do, mostly tile to steel, because it changes the roof structure. Where a permit's needed, the job runs with a registered builder, and we'll explain how that works before you sign anything.
