Commercial roofing in Perth
We put new metal roofs on schools, strata blocks and commercial buildings across Perth. We plan the work around the people using the building, keep the site tidy, and deal directly with facility and strata managers, so there's no middleman. Our recent work includes the re-roof at Prendiville Catholic College in Ocean Reef.

Questions we get asked
Can you work while the building's in use?
Yes. We plan the stages and site access around your staff, students or residents, and agree it with you before we start.
Do you deal with strata managers directly?
Yes. We deal with the strata or facility manager directly, from the quote to the handover.
Can you quote from drawings or a site walk?
Either. Send drawings through the quote form, or we'll come out and walk the site with you.
The roof is asbestos. Can you replace it?
Yes. We don't remove asbestos ourselves, but we organise a licensed asbestos removalist who takes it off, then certifies and signs off the removal. Then we put the new roof on.
